Stamps or cashback — your call
Your café sets the rules: how many stamps earn a reward and what the reward is, or which cashback percentage guests get. Guests see the rules in the app before their first purchase.
Digital stamps
- Every purchase earns a stamp — the barista adds it with one tap by QR, a four-digit code or a phone number
- You decide how many stamps a reward takes and what it is — a free drink, for example
- When the reward is ready, the guest shows the code again and gets it
Cashback
- The barista enters the purchase total and cashback is added automatically at the percentage you set
- Guests spend the cashback at your café — it comes off the order as a discount
- In a chain, one balance works at every location

How much does the loyalty program cost?

Does my café need its own app?
No. Guests collect stamps and cashback in one Nearily app shared by every partner café. You don't commission or maintain an app of your own: your café appears on the Nearily map, and guests collect with you in the same app they use at other cafés.
How does a guest get a stamp?
The guest shows a QR code or four digits at the till, or gives their phone number. The barista records the purchase with one tap — in the Nearily Plus app, or right in iikoFront if you use iiko. The stamp or cashback lands in the guest's wallet straight away.
